The Challenge
Paper-based patient records, siloed departmental databases, and no cross-hospital data exchange created clinical risk and administrative inefficiency across Tashkent's district hospital network.
Our Approach
Saglik Digital Health conducted a 3-month discovery phase, produced a gap analysis against FHIR R4 requirements, and designed a modular HIS architecture using open standards to enable phased rollout.
The Solution
A cloud-native HIS with modules for patient registration, clinical documentation, laboratory orders, radiology integration (PACS), pharmacy, and billing, with FHIR APIs for national data exchange.
Results
All four pilot hospitals went live within 11 months, under budget. The MoH Technical Board approved the architecture as the national standard. National rollout commenced Q1 2025.
